   The electronic cigarette has currently been tested in three separate labs world wide. Now, these tests were done on mice, however, all of the findings were the same. The electronic cigarettes liquid is safe for consumption. There is also a clinical trial that was conducted and we are waiting for the results which should be out shortly.
   The e-cig is simply a vaporizer. The liquid is made of water, nicotine and propyleneglycol and propyleneglycol is FDA approved as a safe substance. Now, there are questions regarding the water vapor. Many people ask is it safe? Well, there haven’t been tests done on the vapor yet but I ask you to think about this… We know for a fact that second hand smoke from a tobacco cigarette is full of contaminants and can be harmful to your health and those around you. If it is legal, why wouldn’t a water based vapor be less harmful?
   I use an e-cig as my smoking choice. It took me about a year to completely decide that I wasn’t going to smoke the tobacco cigs anymore. From my participation on forums, with my customers and my own useage, that some of the “side effects” of using the e-cig are better lung capacity and better overall sense of “healthy” feeling.
   Remember, the e-cig is not a quit smoking device. It is a smoking alternative. If you look at it like you are switching your chosen brand of cig and accept the differences in taste and cleanness of habit, you will quite enjoy it.

   i have the crown 7 hydro starter kit with the mint cartridges (menthol-like) as well as the assorted (grape, apple, espresso, etc… flavors). i get my cartridges with the high dose (cuz i smoked 2 packs a day) although i plan on working down to medium then low, and eventually quitting all-together. these take a little getting use to but they do help you cut back big time! so you save money, you add some years to your life, and you smell better as does your house, etc.. i like it, its the size of a 100, its obviously a bit heavier then a real cig. the battery lasts several days and recharges quickly. it even has an led that lights up on the end when you “puff” to simulate a real cig. these are great cuz they have 0 tar, 0 tobacco, 0 carcinogens, which are those 4000+ chemicals that cause cancer and other health problems in real cigs. all they have is nicotine, which is highly addictive but does not cause cancer or any other health problems outside of addiction, LOL. i can actually breathe now thanx to this thing, i’ve cut down to less then a real pack a day and try to use this all the time (but i do crave real cigs when i am drinking, or when i’m having my starbucks, which is why i am still at close to a pack a day of the real ones). after you inhale (which you do a bit harder then with real cigs), there is this quick little tiny water vapor flash for like half a second. so, no real smoke is created with this thing. i saw someone write that you could blow water vapor rings the same as blowing smoke rings from a real cig and this is not true. the water vapor is practically invisible, odorless, very small and fast. i would recommend this product. they have lots of different online companies selling these now. i went with crown 7 cuz it was the cheapest, LOL. shop around.

   I think it’s hilarious when people ask this!
   Did you ask about the dangers of cigarette smoke before starting those?
   Anyways, no there is no danger, way better for you than smoking.

   None that I gather, a friend brought me the E-Lites electronic cigarette for a gift and I managed to stop smoking very quickly. Not only was it a satisfying substitute but I found being able to smoke indoors again actually had the reverse effect and made me less likely to want to smoke them. Bottom line is I would recommend them to any one.
