Has Anyone Tried The Electronic Cigarettes To Quit Smoking?
May 22nd, 2009 • Related • Filed Under
Here it is, a new year, and I am still smoking!! I just discovered there are electronic cigarettes out there and they look really interesting. I want to quit and was wondering if anyone was successful quitting smoking while using these. If so, which one is good?

If you really want to quit smoking, take a look to a new perspective at:http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/
It’s designed for everyone who seriously wants to stop smoking without the use of any drug nor patches, and It’s free.
This site tackles smoking from an addiction perspective; It doesn’t matter if you are a five a day teenager, or a one hundred a day pensioner, male or female, or if this is your first or fiftieth attempt at stopping, if you follow all instructions, certainly you’ll become a non-smoker.

They are not a proven quit smoking device according to the World Health Organization. However, there are hundreds, if not thousands who disagree. One way to look at quitting is possibly changing. And you have to do that with the e-cig.
I love mine. I have gone from a pack a day to maybe 2-4 (on a bad day) and I did that, without the pain of “needing” something. I hope to be completely cigarette free here shortly and I hope that eventually, I can work my way down to nicotine free cartridges.
As you probably found with your smokes, you smoked a couple brands before you settled. E-cigs are the same. No two are alike and a good starter is the unit at the link below. It looks like a cigarette, is very easy to use and refill, and is small. It is the one I use and I like it a lot. The battery life is good and the cartridge life is about 7-10 smokes.
I like it. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I write a lot about these on various forums and blogs and am happy to answer any questions.

I’ve used one and it works fine. No reason really for anyone to destroy their lungs anymore with tobacco, these are essentially the same as smoking but without the cancer risk. There’s a discussion group which has a survey with ratings, don’t have the URL but if you do a search you should find it.

So you have decided to quit smoking, to stop smoking?
Then i would strongly suggest – Hypnosis is the best way to help you to quit smoking quickly, easily and inexpensively.

I have used my Green Smoke electronic cigarette and have been tobacco free for 5 months and counting now. I can’t even stand the smell of real cigarettes and can’t believe I was a smoker of tobacco cigarettes for 10 years. They have worked for me and I love mine.
