I had thought perhaps it was Ruyan the patent holders for the e-cigarette, but it appears not. With the constant law-suits being levelled by Ruyan (and rightfully so) to companies manufacturing e cigarettes WITHOUT a Ruyan licence it makes me somehwhat alarmed that despite extensive research I still have no idea who manufactures this product.
