Does Anyone Know About Electronic Cigarettes?

I’m a smoker of about 6 years. With the recent tax increase, cigarettes are becoming less and less affordable. So recently I heard about e-cigarettes, but there is not very much information on google. All the info seems to be coming from the E-ciggy makers, and not third party opinions. So…
Is it easy to switch from “lights” to these E-cigarettes?
Is it really cheaper? If so, how so?
Do you have to keep buying batteries, and new electronic cigarettes, or just new cartridges? How long do batteries and e-cigarettes last?
does it really feel like smoking a cigarette when you inhale into lungs, or does it feel much “lighter”?

  1. WOW, that’s a lot of questions. But I don’t blame you for trying to do your research before you try something so new. I’ve been vaping e-cigs for months now and I love it. I’ll never go back to smoking tobacco cigarettes ever again.
I didn’t have any problems switching, the only problem was a dry throat at first for the first week. I feel so much better now too, I don’t stink, I can take a deep breath without wanting to cough, and I have more energy.
As for the device itself, you do need to change the atomizer every so often but in two months I haven’t had to change mine yet, they are semi-consumable. The battery I hear needs to be changed once a year or around that amount of time. One cartridge works out to be like a pack of cigarettes and it costs about $3 each (cheaper if you become an independent distributor).
Oh, and stay away from inserting the liquid yourself, I hear it’s easy to overdose on the nicotine.
I love my e-cig brand. And my goodness, the flavor is amazing, I never thought they could taste this good. I’m hooked.http://ecigarets.com
P.S. my e-cig is called The Prestige ;)

  3. I quit over 15 years ago without using any product. I basically did a very deep soul searching and looked at all my false beliefs about smoking. Once I tore down all the “illusions” about it, it became clear that I had to quit. What helped physically were some changes in my diet – very cleansing foods, lots of water, reduced stress (vacation, away from all my usual habits), fresh air, relaxation. The body was releasing the toxins fast, because I did it cold turkey. That’s the most natural way to do it. Then there is hypnosis. That’s when a professional helps you do the soul searching and the reprogramming of false beliefs.
