For People Who Know A Lot About The ”electronic Cigarette”?

Okay, so if you have had a really bad day will the E cigarette give you almost the same effects as a regular cigarette?
and can you buy different drops for the e cigarette that gives you a better throat hit?
and how long do they last? what e cigarette do you recommend?
Also, i want to quit smoking so i can work out better… will the e cigarette be like not really smoking at all?
