I don’t think any e-cig is FDA approved. There is SO much misinformation in the news right now with the FDA and SE/Njoy court case going on. Blu isn’t taking any orders now I hear.
It would really benefit you to read up on e-cigs and learn whats going on with them. This forum has TONS of information and even info and reviews on BLU and many other e-cigshttp://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/
Here’s the Link to where you can find info on the court case.http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e…
Just don’t fall for all the scare tactics from other places. Doctors are even speaking up on the benefits of e-cigs vs. traditional tobacco cigshttp://www.getvapure.com/news/fda-and-an…
Check it out. You’ll be glad you did.

OMG – i can answer this question…the guy i bought my e-cigarettes from just forwarded me all this info. Its so intriguing – i think i’m going to sign-up as a distributor.
First – Blucigs and Smoking Everywhere are only filling orders with the stock they have left after the embargo placed on them by the FDA. Obviously, Blucigs is out of product – and since they’re under and embargo – cannot get any new shipments into the country. I suppose Smoking Everywhere will have the same problem as soon as they run out of product. Basically, all electronic cigarette companies are currently threatened.
Second – I don’t think any E-Cigs are approved by the FDA. How can they be? If nicotine is a drug and they are required by law to be regulated as a drug – i can’t see any company that distributes nicotine based electronic cigarettes being approved.
So now – i just bought my electronic cigarette from Health e-Choice, here is the website i bought it from: http://www.healthechoice.net/healthysmoking
They are not having any problems with the sale or distribution of their electronic cigarettes. I don’t think their product is approved by the FDA but i do know they are registered – if that helps make any decisions. Besides that – it was explained to me that they have a proprietary non-nicotine based solution that makes them unique and outside the scope of regulation.
I advise you check out Health e-Choice. They are pretty awesome – matter of fact i’m going to signup as a distributor. You should too.

The E cigarette contains nicotine which is addicting & has not been evaluated by the US FDA..I think that since it is still a cigarette they would not approve it because they do not approve the other kinds of cigarettes so why would they approve this one?? It is still harmful for the body. Here is the link with more info on the E Cigarette.http://smokingeverywhere.com/index.php

My dad tried those fake cigarettes and he said they are horrible. You get a bad headache b/c its straight nicotine. no tobacco to kinda dilute it.
