I Was A Good Smoker Earlier, But I Reduced It Now . Currently I Am Smokine One Cigarrette A Day….?

I was a good smoker earlier, but i reduced it now . Currently i am smoking one cigarette a day. Even this one Cigarette is causing hell lot of health problems(Improper voice to gastric problem to little chest pain and spinning feeling at times) . I decided to quit the habit . But i am unable to quit this one per day habit .I thought of applying nicotine patches, but i feel patches will induct more nicotine into my body, so i didn’t go for it . Now i am thinking to buy an e-cigarette(which doesn’t induce TAR and other harmful components to the body).
Please suggest me the best way to quit this habit .

  1. Just go ahead and quit. One can easily become 10. beware of that. Its not an easy thing to give up but the best thing is to completely give it up. Good Luck.

  3. Just ‘bite the bullet’; one cig a day can’t be that hard to quit.

  4. Is it at the same time & place each day? What’s going on at the time when you really feel like having that one cig? Maybe you need to change something in that part of the day. Take it slowly – aim for one cig every second day for a few weeks, then one every 3rd day and so on.

  5. well firstly well done in trying to give up and well done for only having one a day it can be hard i know it can be but u should try this new cigarette and if it doesnt work just really try and quit altogether u will be grumpy and feel ill but eventually these feelings will vanish just try and keep yourself busy and u will be ok
