   1. Whata harmfull effect of e-cigrette? cuz its contains nicotin in the mode of catrtage.

   2. why its recomended the person whose are chain smokers (16 mg nicotine)

   3. is this e-cigratte effect of any type harm to lunge, teehs and mouth?

   Ans : nicotine if taken more than 5 mg is addictive. so you can limit yourself to that much dosage even with electronic cigarette.electronic cigarette does not contain any of teh harmfull chemicals like tar,carbon monoxide present in traditional cigarettes. so it saves you from those harmfull effects.besides nicotine delivered per puff through electronic cigarette is 10 times lesser as compared to nicotine delivered pe puff through traditional cigarettes.

   Ans: i dont know who recommended you this. 1 traditional cigarette has 1 mg nicotine in it. in 10 ml of electronic cigarette there is maximum 24 mg of nicotine.in terms of puffs 1 bottle of nicotine gives 150 normal cigarettes. so 150 cigarettes of electronic cigaretes contain only 24 mg. while 150 traditional cigarettes contain minimum 150 mg of nicotine. which is better?

   Ans: after replacing tradional cigarettes with ecigarettes many people report improvement in health like better breathing,elemination of cough etc etc
