Which Electronic Cigarette Is Best?

I am planning on quitting smoking cigarettes this week and am looking to buy an electronic cigarette. I have done some research and found a few that I like (brands) including: SmokeEverywhere, Red Dragon, NJoy, and Joye. I am looking for an “e-cig” that looks like an actual cigarette, has a decent draw, uses the prefilled cartridges, and has an ok selection of flavors that hopefully won’t be disgusting. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks.
