   I don’t smoke or will ever smoke but I heard on the news that it was bad for you because it had something in it, I forgot.

   Hi!My father was a previous cigarette smoker.He had a very hard time staying away from cigar. According to him, there’s always a feeling of satisfaction whenever he puffs cigarettes, thus, the difficulty of staying away with it. Before, he used to ignore the warning that it is “dangerous to your health” until recently, when he developed difficulty in breathing. We consulted a doctor and he was advised to stop smoking. Of course it was not an immediate action. It took him quite sometime to get used to it. gradually, he was able to stop smoking cigar but smoking the safer way. Now we are breathing fresher air in our house. We also have no worries regarding second hand smoke. And he doesn’t feel deprived of his smoking time. I think you should also try it for you to know the difference.
