-Overloaded sockets
-Trailing/damaged wires
-Flammable items stored near lightbulbs/heaters/candles or open flames
-Electrical appliances in the bathroom
-Faulty appliances
-Electric blankets
-Unattended stoves
-Unattended candles
-Open fires
-Cigarettes that have not been extinguished
-Falling asleep while smoking
-Children playing with lighters/matches
-Faulty fuse boxes
